I give credit to the South Beach Diet ( I didn't go balls out... I just phase 1 and go along with glycemic index), I do Zumba 2X a week, I started running, and do Jillian's 30 Day Shred & 6 Week 6 Pack. I just set realistic mini-goals... and I just have been 155lbs before, and I liked my body at that weight.

Hmmmmm... I think the sugar on here is a bit unreasonable. The only times I don't go over my sugar is when I am doing no carbs. If I have one yogurt and an orange I'm over my sugar- that seems crazy to me b/c both of those are good snacks.

I credit many variables for my weight loss. Drinking lots of cold water is one of them.

If you notice a drop, put baby on breast more (supply and demand)... try to drink ya some skim milk too. Remember, log your breast-feeding calories. No longer breast-feeding my baby- she weaned in Feb. after 15 months.

...well, usually anything you eat has calories... the products do not JUST contain sugar free substitues. That's what I never understood about WW, they claim you can eat all of THIS and THAT... to me it was just a free reason to eat whatever all the time =)

For sure, I do 30DS maybe once a week... my hubby has lost 20lbs in 1 month and did it every night... it's intense, but with everything, you get back what you put in.

Breast-feeding is incredible for some ladies--- I highly recommend it. However, I was one of those "unlucky" ones... breast-fed for 15 months and didn't start losing weight until she had weaned. It made me really hungry and I just wanted to sit, and eat and--- gaze at my baby :))))))

Pregnancy is crazy... and you'll probably gain ALOT more :)... I gained the most in the last month... but my little baby was incredibly healthy... You just wait until that baby is here and you will just die that you ever even thought all this. There's no race to the finish--- you will eventually be at your goal weight...…
