I am a zumba-holic and zumba 3-4X a week. In class. I tried the DVDs but didn't like them as much as the class. I would like the Wii game but look too expensive.

I do south beach--- for 2 weeks I ate low/no carbs--- meat, fish, veggies, nuts and diary.... now, I eat just 1-2 whole grains a day and maybe 1 fruit. For me, this is really good b/c it's make my cravings deminish. Feel free to add me (my friends can only do my diary)

Oh- I will tell you I got the creepiest message the other day from some guy,,, I don't befriend guys--- I'm a girls only club and I think this helps too.

***same situation here... but I drink coffee :))) I've taken "hydroxycut" and "slim quick" --- I haven't died but I noticed they make me "crash" later and feel like I'm starving.

I have been doing zumba class at the community center on monday's and wednesday--- it's a GREAT and FUN workout that mixes up my usually jogging/weights--- I love it!

My knees hurt really bad when I got to level 2... got kinda bored with it to--- rotated with the gym and running. The first day is HELL and you will be incredibly sore.

I am right there with you! I do feel like I hang onto weight longer b/c I BF--- I've dropped alot lately b/c my daughter is ony nursing 1- maybe 2 per day. UHHHHH I HATE the scale--- really, I was working my butt off for 3 weeks and it would fluctuate BAD--- I took my measurements and that is what I'm going to be using from now on and weigh in ONCE a week, sundays.

I would say 500... I know the first eight months I BF my daughter I was STARVING!!! I still BF her (1 maybe 2X a day) she's 14 months now--- I stick with my 1,200 a day but that's just because she doesn't really rely on me anymore.

UHHH--- I know- it is confusing--- I'm still BFing my 14 month old (only a few times a day though) so, I don't know if I should add or what---- all I know is that this weight is coming off SUPER SLOW!!!!

UHHHH I'm so going through this. Started at 190 the first of Jan Got down to 186 first of Feb--- then weighed myself and gained 2LBS!!! UHHHHHH---- I think it has to do with gaining muscel and "girlie" time of the month--- I'm now going to walmart- buying a tape measure and tracking it that way!
