Ajinx, What about strength training/weights? Seems like alot of what you are doing is cardio based which is good, but building muscle burns fat. Also make sure your getting enough protein in your diet, protein helps build and restore muscle. Also, be happy with who you are regardless of size. We are all wonderful people…

I live in MN and have 5 horses, well 1 draft mule, 1 donkey and 3 horses! lol I ride and give lessons, most of my lessons are now just my nieces as I kindof retired from "outside" lessons. I recently bought the Asian dressing which I tried and is not to bad. But I watch my sodium level and this really put me over. I also have the honey mustard and the syrup but have not tried them. Hopefully they are not bad, they are expensive! lol I heard the PB is disgusting!

I can't do the eliptical at all my heart rate goes sky high. I do get on it at the gym just to even do a few minutes. I think so far my max was 3 minutes.
