Breakfast? Eggs, eggs, eggs. Of course, I am biased since I get mine from the coop outside, but still. Over medium, scrambled, omelettes, hard boiled, fritattas, etc. 0% Greek yogurt with frozen fruit is a good one if you need sweet. Mix it up the night before and put it in the fridge. Let the fruit juices thaw and stir.

Misery loves company. They may not consciously be thinking it, but I'd bet they fear hanging out with someone who will make them look fat by comparison. They don't want to be the 'fat' friend to your 'skinny' friend.

Love cooked cabbage, but I've never roasted it. Will have to try. Corned beef and cabbage is one of my all-time favorite meals.

If you consider your wallet to be fat, then yes, they burn excess away quite well. /snark There exists on Earth no pill which causes you to lose weight/burn fat without terribly affecting your health. Dollars better spent on good foods or exercise gear.

You aren't doing anything wrong, the legs must just be where your body prefers to keep extra energy. It'll come off there after it's come off elsewhere. Though, I hope you're a pretty petite gal. 135 is target zone for a lot of ladies.

The reason people hate the word 'tone' is because it implies an action that is pure fiction. You do not get muscle definition by working the muscles, you get it by peeling away the fat that lives over them. Now in your picture, you appear to already have a low amount of body fat, which makes me think you have very low…

My wife and I are great running/cycling buddies. Other work-outs, not so much.

Like others said, some fruit is sweetened when dried. Don't know why, seems excessive to me. Besides that, dates are super duper high in sugar, enough that people actually refine granulated sugar from dates. It's said that you can eat anything that you can fit in your allowances, but there are so many better fruit options…

I suppose you wouldn't have minded if your ex quit shaving her legs and armpits because she's not a pre-pubescent girl, right? If she can do it, so can you. grumble grumble misogynists grumble

Can't change your genes, sorry. Build up your glutes if you want some curves. Don't let anybody tell you your body is missing something, it has everything it was intended to.

Anything where the base is club soda, like gin & club soda. You'll be looking at about 100 calories for the 1 1/2 ounces of Gin, Club soda is nothing.

Usually neither is a good option. To take out one thing, they usually replace it with another. Just gotta be religious about checking those labels. I do buy no-sugar applesauce for my boys. Some things like that they just omit the sugar and the end product is less sweet. Those kind of things are fine. Another example is…

1/2 cup of 0% fat Greek yogurt 1/4 cup water or milk 1/2 packet of powdered ranch mix That's what I use in my own squirt bottle. Also do 50/50 no-fat Greek yogurt and Franks hot sauce for an awesome Buffalo sauce.

Doesn't necessarily save on fat. Most ground turkey typically has a lower fat content if you are buying from a grocer, but it's not a given. Just depends on how much fat the butcher adds in when mixing. It may only take asking the butcher at your local grocer to make you a batch of 95/5 burger.

Big leaf of lettuce. Use it for tacos, burgers, deli sandwiches, everything!

I tend to be judgy of people who are just burning time and 'pretending' to exercise, not based on their size. You'll get more respect as the fat chick who's rocking her workout than the skinny girl who might as well not even be there. That being said, if gymtimidation would keep you from getting in your exercise, you can…

That's... pretty accurate. The hardest to attain look has typically been the most desired. I think (hope) that we are trending towards a society that values what is healthy above all else. Besides, we have so many other ways to be what we perceive individually as beautiful today than simple body shape. We aren't…

Just glanced at it, looks an awful lot like the old-school food pyramid.

I buzz it all off once every 3-4 weeks with spot touch ups.

Not endorsing photo alteration or unhealthily skinny models in any way, but... In the renaissance, fat was beautiful because it was a sign of wealth. The average woman during that period would have been very thin, simply from a lack of food. Being overweight was a status symbol that said you had so much money you could…

I've had Meniere's for a little over a year. First episode had me pass out in an ambulance and wake up in a hospital room. Thankfully, I learned how to minimize the risk of an episode and rarely have them anymore; none so bad as the first. If you can workout through severe vertigo, you are a stronger person than I. Any…

^ Ditto. Everyone's body likes to store energy in certain places and make withdrawals certain places, but it's not always the same place. Some lucky people have bodies that like to draw energy from their bellies first, but then there are those who pull from the belly stores last. Only way to get rid of stubborn belly fat…

We ordered my wife a couple of rashguard tops from VS for this season. I think they are pretty sexy on her. She's just back to her ideal weight after finishing nursing our second, and yes, she's frustrated at the changes in her girls as well.

Fitness. A girl running with form and clothes that say "I do this all the time" with her hair in a ponytail turns my head much more often than someone dressing to show off assets.

Water, water, water until your body readjusts. It may take a week, may take a month, but you won't feel hungry anymore when your body figures out it's going to get what it needs. It's an amazing feeling to eat less at a meal than you used to and feeling completely stuffed.

I have a burger and fries from Culver's once a week. Single with lettuce, tomato, pickle, ketchup, mustard - no cheese. Calories - 346 Fat - 12 Na - 700 Carbs - 35 Protein - 19 I omit the bottom half of the bun, but I can't account for what that saves me. Small fries is 275 calories.

Freeweights are better, but I say the best exercise is the exercise you'll do. Look at the machines as a stepping stone to freeweights, move over when you are comfortable.
-
If heat is your problem, you just need to switch fibers. Cotton is not your friend in running gear. You want something made 100% of technical fibers. There are lots of ladies running tights/leggings in all different lengths. My wife and I wear mostly Under Armour, which is a pricier brand, but there are lots of cheap/house…

Belly must be your body's preferred place to store energy. Just gonna have to drop your total body fat %, lifting will help, but a calorie deficit is all that's required.
