I stumbled on this site recently and really love it. Another good one is hungrygirl.com Full of great tips on how to eat the same foods you used to, with a lot less calories. Thanks for the link! :)

I am doing the hybrid right now and I love it. And on the days that it is just CLX, I add in running or elliptical so I have cardio pretty much every day. And the muscle burn from CLX makes you really look forward to the high impact cardo of Turbo Fire!! Good luck!
