  • My current personal challenge is to go to $3 drop in boot camp at the park once this week. I am also setting a goal - to log food throughout the day everyday, within a short time of easing it, not just at end of day.
  • Been paper tracking and finally sat at the computer - won't do this again, as life has calmed back down a bit! February 3 Green: Yes Total/Goal: 2/24 Water: Yes Total/Goal: 3/28 February 4 Green: Yes Total/Goal: 3/24 Water: Yes Total/Goal: 4/28 February 5 Green: Yes Total/Goal: 4/24 Water: Yes Total/Goal: 5/28 February 6…
  • February 2 Green: Yes Total/Goal: 1/24 Water: Yes Total/Goal: 2/28 Ate a few "bad" things, but in the end, did not over eat all day. No exercise, but lots of water!
  • New to the group and happy to be involved. I appreciate the accountability - I need better resolve to do the daily logging and this might be it. Looking forward to the month.
  • February 1 Green Day: NO Total Green Days: 0 Goal Green Days for February - 24 Water: 8 - YES goal will be 28 days for the water White Spot lunch and no exercise - left me far in the red - it will be veggies and hummus for Superbowl snacks today! Have a super week everyone!
  • Well, I lost over 5 lbs for the month. YEAH. I need to track better and definitely get more exercise in. Thanks for the challenge for the month of January.
  • Gosh - what has happened? Did the group disband????? The 31st is just around the corner. I did an absolutely horrible job of being consistent with entering my daily food AND I was equally terrible about following a consistent exercise plan. But I told myself that I would do the food log every day for the last week and so…
  • If you dump your soft cooked cauliflower into a couple layers of cheese cloth (or even a clean dishtowel) and squeeze and squeeze - tons of water will come out and voila - a texture more consistent with a mashed potato. Try it out!
  • I have not been consistent with my daily logging. Regardless of the reasons why I've been challenged in doing so ( I can make up excuses to add to the real ones), I feel like I just haven't been responsible or serious enough. It really is maddening to me and certainly attests to why I struggle weight loss. I will keep at…
  • What a great effort it must have taken - kudos to you!!!!!
  • I often eat some left overs from my healthy dinner the night before! Super easy - it is packed and ready to go, reheat at work and voila!
  • I've heard awesome things about the Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar - good luck!
  • Did not start the challenge out the way I planned. All you can eat sushi lunch called my name and I was there before I knew it. I logged it all then tackled some bigger housekeeping chores. It is now 5 and I still feel pretty full - gonna make myself some tea. If I do get hungry, I have about 200 calories to spare, but…
  • Checked my weight for the first time in months. It sure crept up and I knew it. So here it is: For being 5 foot 1" tall, I am 195 pounds. Hips - 49 inches, Waist - 44 inches. .......putting on my runners and going for a walk. Have a super weekend everyone.
  • "I understand that I am overweight, and I also understand that you are concerned and want to help, but this journey to health is mine and mine alone. Know that I am actively working on improving my overall health and know that I have goals, but I will not be jumping on the next fad diet, as I already have a plan in place.…
