It sounds like it might be worth you looking up the Intermittent Fasting (Or 5:2) Diet. I always found the same thing as you and have lost a lot of weight doing this diet. I have a few of the books and the science behind why it works makes sense to me. Good luck, whatever you choose :)

Sorry, I forgot to mention - I really hate Greek yoghurt. I love the idea of buying plain and adding flavour, or even making my own. Im looking at recipes now, somehow this had never occurred to me.

I find babybell lights are amazing, especially with an apple. I also enjoy ryvita with cottage cheese when I am hungry but don't have many calories left.
