This is huge! Awesome! C25K was the only thing that worked for me to get running. My accomplishment was climbing the Manitou Incline (in Colorado). So true! You work and work to get the weight off and just a short amount of time goes by when you're not being diligent, and the weight jumps up. Glad you caught it early!!

No kidding!!! You can feel so strong and powerful in other exercises, but Yoga can make you feel so humbled. I think it is a great workout and I need it so much for flexibility and balance, but I definitely feel fat and stiff!!

I can't say it any better than this! I started going to the gym at my high weight of 294. Not a fun thing to do and I was self-conscious too. You just have to work past it, and find something that you really like to do. Classes are great for getting to know people!

Chocolate chip cookies. Especially WARM chocolate chip cookies. And then... when they are the filled with fudge chocolate chip cookies that they serve warm with ice cream at so many restaurants.... I'm toast.
