I wish they would do a show on someone who doesn't do the weight loss surgery. I watched one last night and she lost 60 pounds in two months, prior to the surgery. Really??? This IS great news! I am 52, down 70 pounds so far, working for another 40-50 pound loss. I exercise a lot and I love it. But I do have that wiggle... Nice to know that if I keep going, I might see the end of it! Thanks for the inspiration! You look amazing!!!

Yeah, I think that the person who said that was meaning your face may show more wrinkles/lines. But if you have a fit body, with muscles showing rather than fat, I think you look younger overall.

It has really dropped back off at my gym, compared to the beginning of the week. But, they are starting some 12 week challenges next week, so I was wondering if maybe people were going to wait until next week, so that their weight loss totals are bigger.

I agree with this! I just suggest that you keep trying to improve. I love Body Pump, and I keep trying to increase my weights so that it is challenging. Same with Spin classes - love them - and I keep trying to increase the resistance so that it keeps up the effort. Listen to the instructors and they will help you improve.

I bought a very nice, heavy coat for duck hunting before I started losing weight. It is so big now and the sleeves seem so long. It just isn't going to work....

I agree! I look forward to going and seeing where I can improve. Weight loss is my key, but being able to increase the weights in my lifting and being able to do better with spin classes is such a great thing!!

Yep, I'm with you on this one too. I read something that people put on the most weight from October through December. It is pretty obvious with all of the treats that are around the various holidays. But even with regular meals for me, I want to eat so much more! It definitely is a struggle. I'm trying hard to keep my goal…

Me too! I had to use mine as a "picture ID" for something recently and it amazes me how puffy my face looks in that picture.
