Ok, fresh start.... 1. Stay under calorie goal 2. Workout 6 days per week 3. Run 3 days per week 4. I'm not sure how to quantify this last goal. I need to stay positive, and keep my attitude right. I'm not sure what to call it right now.... but I'm going to work on it.

I get this! My cousin's scooter was one of my main motivators when I restarted back in January 2014. So far, 75 pounds down. Not giving in to that lifestyle!

If at all possible, you might try renting some first to see what you like and don't like. I don't know where you live, but if you're near any ski areas, I think that most ski rental shops also rent snowshoes. I used to live at 10,000 feet here in Colorado. Went to body pump this morning, and had a good day yesterday with being under calorie goal and exercising. I had a little trouble with running because of this little pain in my hip, so I cut it short. Just need to stay under on calories today!

That's funny! After having a really "off" week, I'm going to stay under my calorie goal, I already went to spin class so that's good, but then I'm running after work. No excuses. And no ice cream.

I get that. Running humbles me all the time, being passed by much older runners. But hey, they have probably been doing it much longer! Now I try to say, "good for them!", and also good for me being out there. So, good for YOU being out there too!

Well, I am in this group, too. I do like my workouts and running, but getting in a funk over the lack of weight loss lately. I know that a lot of it is my fault because I've lost a little mojo lately. Need to turn it around and get back to being in the groove!!

Oh my gosh!!! This is something I want to do, too! I'm not sure when I'll get over there, but it looks so challenging! A friend of mine did it with her over 50 workout group. She said it was amazing!

Had a good day yesterday with food and exercise. I worked out this morning, so just need to stay on track with food, and keep at a deficit.
