Running after work. This whole week needs to be one of re-dedication to a stricter food plan. I think I'm letting down my guard too much and allowing to many calories to sneak into my day. MUST LOG EVERYTHING!!

After a great 4 day weekend, with only one planned workout... and no tracking of food... I'm back on schedule today! Went to spin, I'll be recording my food, and I'll go for a run after work.

So, I went to visit my parents and we went to the Royal Gorge Bridge (Canon City, Colorado). They have a zip line that I went on!!! So, I'm taking a couple of days off from work, starting tomorrow. So, my goal is to keep focused, work hard, and keep a good attitude. I'm fighting the "I am so ready to be out of here" attitude. :smile:

This is a good thread for me. I started at 294, and I'm down to 219, and my goal has always been 180. I just arbitrarily set that number. But now that I'm getting closer, and I believe it IS attainable, I've wondered if I'll need to set a new one once I get there. It's nice to see what others are shooting for!

Went to spin class this morning, and I'll be running after work. THEN, I will not overeat when I get home just because I'm all by myself. I need to make a real meal and just stick to that instead of snacking for the night. :smile:

I needed tough love from someone who wouldn't accept my lame excuses for not losing weight. But, then again, I do believe that until you are really ready to make it happen, nothing helps.

I agree! It's too easy to use excuses, and you hear of too many people saying that they "can't, because..." There are too many stories out there that show that others have managed what ever issues they face and achieve great things. We can too!!

Overslept this morning, so I missed my spin class. My goal is to not let that bother me all day today. So far, I'm ok with it, so maybe I needed the extra zzz's. I will go running after work though!!

We received some shirts at work today and I was able to get one without any X's in the size! And I feel good about wearing it! First time ever I haven't hated wearing a company shirt!!
