  • I have a NUBY brand mesh food holder. I pop in any fruit or veggie and he goes to town! This way I'm not worried about choking as he just sucks it and itty pieces and the juice comes out. It's a bit of a mess to clean, but way better then pureeing everything! For lunch today he managed to eat an entire peach but refused…
  • I can't get it to show up in the newsfeed either. Can't find an answer as to how to make this possible! Anyone have any insight?
  • I started a C25K four weeks ago, and do notice a drop in supply if I don't eat enough and workout too hard. I try not to increase my distance too fast, and fall back if I notice a decrease in supply. I've been wearing two bras, the only way to stop the bounce!!
  • It is strictly via app. No website. Slightly annoying! They do have an online forum (forum.jawbone.com), but it is only tech support.
  • I carry my 16lbs baby around all day and notice it not counting all those steps too. Very frustrating!
  • Looks like you are not eating enough. When you aren't eating enough, your body holds onto every last piece of fat because it's worried that it doesn't have enough to sustain itself. Minimum breastfeeding calories should be around 1800. I've sent you a friend request so you can see how much eat/ workout/eat since we are…
  • Just got my band two days ago. Seems fairly accurate, except I wish it didn't go back to awake mode with 250 steps. I have an infant and am awake 2-3times a night, and once back to bed I don't always remember that I have to tap it again... So some data is missing. Otherwise I love it!
  • I just sent you a friend request!
  • Hmmm.... Not sure why. I eat about 1900-2000 & drink approx 100-105oz per day. I've not had a decrease in supply. Sorry I couldn't help, hopefully someone has answers for you!
  • How many calories are you eating? Do you eat back your exercise calories spent? How much liquid are you drinking daily?
  • After baby #2 I was stuck (like many of you are now). I spoke with my family doctor who did blood work which showed I was iron deficient and hypothyroid. Once I regulated that then the pounds started coming off. Now with baby #3, I have had my levels checked a few times and adjusted some meds, and the pounds are…
  • Beautiful! I agree, great way to start a new week!
  • I use a heating blanket in the winter because of this. During the night I seem fine, it's more during the day!
  • Hi! Welcome! It's such an up and down journey. I also gained a significant amount of weight, and managed to hang on to some extra between all the pregnancies. (3). I am having some good success with logging everything and keeping myself accountable. I have sent you a friend request.
  • Just looked up probiotics online, looks promising - will add that. I have tried fiber sticks in the past, maybe I will try again, which brand do you use? Thx for the help!
  • I started the wheat belly diet x8 weeks ago and have noticed I am no longer bloated in the belly region. Still have lots of weight to lose, but at least the belly isn't ballooning out like it was!
  • Try to focus on something other then food. It is hard, yes, but will be worth it in the end! I can't see your food diary, but look for foods that are more filling, fresh food / protein usually helps me! Keep up the good work - you can do it!
  • I can relate! Instead of rewarding myself with a food 'treat', I reward myself with a new book or a piece of jewelry! It's hard to change our mindset, but I am determined to do it! You can too!
  • I am planning on a year or near it at least! I luckily get 1year off so haven't had to pump yet. With the other two kids I continued until 11 months and 13 months.
