I weigh daily in the morning. Keeps me on track. Although my official weigh in is every Monday morning. That way I know I can't mess myself up on the weekends. Weighing daily doesn't stress me out. It just keeps me motivated. I have lost 50 lbs in the past year. 30 since Jan 1st! Alot more work to do but I know I can do it.

You can do it. I did it once before, 110lbs. Took a little over a year and kept it off for a few, before meeting my better half. Now we are doing a weight loss plan together and using MFP. I love this app and he is really getting into it also. If you stay true and honest you will find the pounds melting off. I am down 25…
