I know it would be easier to just adjust the workout in the gym as this is why you get all these machines for. Just can't bring myself to go to any. Don't like the place and rather would do some body weight training. On the other hand I have backyard to pave and slabs are about 20kg each wink* wink*? ;)

I was hoping there would be something I could do to target this. Finally decided to watch closer (and limit) amount of crap I was eating as I was still putting up weight despite hours on a bike. I'll give some squats a go perhaps I can be more consistent with it than with running .

Nights are prime time here, we deal with USA customers therefore peak time is through the grave hours. Altho we deal with entire stuff, and have limited support from operating depts. we are hardly taken in consideration as viable part of the company, and compensation for this fact is 0.50 per hour more! lol

I would not generalise on this - I worked with amazing people through all the shifts and hours... and I had fair share of people that were utterly bad. My recent impressions are night staff gets less respect than day staff. Sad, but... I rather stick to positive aspects of nights. Riding home during sunrise... oh yes!
