GOOD sneakers are a must 2. start out with lower incline & lesser speed/intesity ( you actually will build some bone density & your shins will get tougher over time, but too much too quick & you can get shin splints & they are very sore) 3. ice packs after your session to cool your shins. good luck on your journey!

  • I've had broken, cracked and sprung ribs. Sprung/ dislocated can feel like bad muscle cramp.but doesn't go away.broken or cracked you may feel that way but will also hurt to breathe. Get it checked out. Not that there's a lot they can do to fix it.but then you will know not to do things to aggravate it.

  • PRIORITISE! figure where you have time in your day? Im not a morning person either, but its the only time of the day when I can usually get a good cardio workout done. I work full time 40-45 hrs a week Leave my house by 7;30 am dont get home till almost 6pm. Im a mom & have to take care of my 4 year old son & see him off…

  • Other than this^^ I am honest to a fault... sometimes brutally.I loath liars. Tact isn't always my strong suit, but I try not to be mean, but I am blunt.I expect the same in return. People who know me always know just where I stand and don't ask me questions to answers they don't really want to hear.

  • If they are new they really shouldnt be giving you blisters, check your shoe to see what is rubbing you, if they are defective maybe you can return them,also try putting those big square bandaids where you are getting the blistter as added protection.... just a suggestion.

  • if you really like GOTTA have icecream buy the weight watchers or skinny cow, or aldi has fit & active brand. they are all around 100-150 calories & most are really good. dont deprive yourself just swap for better choices! good luck on your journey & never give up! & if you have a bad day, exercise more :)

  • I think we do suffer if we are eating good food and stop..its just not as obvious as junk food...when I am eating well and suddenly stop, I am tired, headachy sick to my stomach, constipated, bloated...I haven't had as many issues since I started eating better. Time for a spinach carrot smoothie. Getting the shakes.…
