  • I am 30 .. but people always guess younger, around 25. But I have 5 children which makes people guess I am older then I am .. or a baby sitter!
  • I found the same results in my lab tests! (well .. minus menopause!) I too am taking a mega dose of Vit D once a week and weekly B12 injections! It does not help that I hate milk and live in Buffalo (where we have no sunshine for 6 months) I am dropping more weight now .. and my energy levels are up!
  • I had an extremely low B 12 level as well as Vitamin D when I asked my doctor to check my blood levels .. but aside from being tired all the time I had no other symptoms. I go in once a week for a quick B 12 shot and that's it! Its not covered by my insurance but its just $6.00 which is cheaper then over the counter…
  • Enell. I got mine at Fleet Feet but you can buy them online. Its amazing! I needed a good strong sports bra because I was running and nursing! I was a 42F at the time! I love my Enell! Sort of pricey, I think I paid 64 bucks .. but I was wearing 2 Target bras at once which totaled 60 bucks anyway!
  • neither. But I do have a personal relationship with Christ :)
  • I am the worst at guessing ages! As it turns out .. we are the same age :)
  • You are me! I am 237 right now and 5'5 ... I am so excited to see how 150 looks on someone 5'5 ! Way to go!! Thanks for the inspiration!
  • Last night I sauteed 1 pound asparagus and 1 pound of medium shrimp with some garlic and EVOO and added a medium head of wilted cabbage .. it was pretty good! Low carb and lots of protein! It was 6 servings and I had 2 which came in under 250 calories :) Left room for some popcorn while I watched a movie!!
  • I have another 62 to lose for a total of 75 !! We can do it!
  • Maybe I will just eat the can of worms I opened here.. Today was a good day .. right back on track! And rather then guilty I should feel blessed to have lost 10 pounds so far and that I was able to enjoy a nice dinner with my husband, without our kids .. and no dishes afterwards ... Thanks for all the input though!
  • I knew all day we were going out .. and I had a great healthy breakfast and lunch ... so in a way I did prepare for dinner out! And today I have been right back on track! I feel less guilty now knowing that I got up this morning and jumped right back on the wagon rather then say "well last night I blew it .. might as well…
  • I used to run at 6 am (before it started snowing!!) I found I needed something to eat before I ran .. I would have 2 slices of peanut butter toast. Just enough to put something in my tummy, nice protein kick .. and then have breakfast once I was home.
  • I am down only 10 pounds but I too "accidentally" put on a pair of jeans in the dark that I bought and were too tight .. and they fit! I have worn them all week :) A few years ago I got tired of looking at packed up "skinny cloths" and donated them all .. but I cant wait until I can shop again!
  • Wow .. I wish I had those results! Although it might help if I take the plastic off the DVD !!
  • I was super proud of myself .. only over 123 calories! WAY over on sodium :( I wont weight in today .. that's just mean! I typically over eat on holidays ... I was careful and only had 1 plate of food .. and even saved calories/room for homemade carrot cake!
  • I read through that post yesterday! I just wanted to make sure I was on the right track :)
  • I have the same problem! I have had 5 kids, 3 in the last 4 years and look 5 months pregnant too :( I was told a tummy tuck to fix the muscles is my only hope :( Lets see what loosing 75lbs will do first!
