  • See plexusslim.com. Its an "all natural way to lose weight." Powder u put in a bottle of water & drink 30 minutes prio to eating, up to two times a day. There is also other products but the powder is the only thin I am using.

  • Same problem here! Carbs are in everything!!! I am trying to link good carbs to proteins and it always seems like I am top heavy on the carbs.
  • If I eat following an IR diet & exercise, I have noticed I gain energy. I have lost the most weight in the past by incorporating strength training into at least 2-3 workouts a week. Last Saturday I tried Zumba for the first time. I have never had so much fun exercising!!
