Just finished 30 day Shred today (day 30 yay!)! Woooh I feel so accomplished! Can't wait to weigh and measure myself tomorrow morning! I've definitely gone down a dress size at least! Ripped in 30 here I come! :drinker:

SW: 165.1 Week 1: 163.5 Week 2: 163.5 BUT since the start of challenge I have lost 3inches from my waist and hips doing the 30 day shred, so I'm not too fussed atm. :smile:

It's a 20 minute workout dvd by Jillian Michaels - moreorless intense circuit training. There are 3 levels and you start at level one and progress every 10 days (or whenever you feel you have mastered each level) to the next level. You can find all 3 levels for free on youtube or you can get the dvd for about £8-10/$8-10.…

One of the few times that I'm glad that I hate chocolate. As for sweets, I gave them up when I joined MFP (20 days ago). The real challenge will be giving up my beloved daily glass of OJ :sad: . Challenge accepted. :glasses:

Hi :) I'm hoping to slim down to 135 (164 atm). Not sure I can do that in 10 weeks, but I'd like to give it a try :). I'm on the 7th day of 30 day shred and looking to start ripped in 30/turbofire end of April. Count me in!
