Age: 23 Height: 5'2.5" SW: 162 CW: 155.4 GW: 130 UGW:110 I've been on MFP for a while. Got down to 143 in 2013, then put nearly all of it back on again in 2014. Restarted my journey February 2015 and progress has been a lot slower than last time, with more plateaus. Still hanging in there though! :)

I tend to log it as circuit training. I found that to be pretty consistent with my heart-rate monitor (till the latter stopped working haha)

I've completed the 30DS 3 times now. The first time I did it everyday for 30 days. The second time I did over 5 days a week and the third time I did it together with Ripped in 30 Days over 6 days, with one rest day. I started week 3 this week and so far I've really enjoyed workout 3. Some parts of workout 4 make me want to curl up and die, but there are other parts that aren't so bad. I do feel stronger though, and I seem to be burning up to 100 calories more in these workouts than in workouts 1 and 2..so can't complain I guess! It…
