    I spent years in what might have been a depressive period. At the worst, I strongly suspect I was at or close to 245-250. When I was coming back out of it and actually weighed myself for the first time in years, I was horrified to find I was 220lbs. That was New Year's 2014.

    A touch over 55lbs lost, but I was very big for years, and I haven't been below 180 since I was maybe 16. I'll friend anyone else with similar stats, as well as anyone in and around Central Canada and the North Eastern US.

    I've been on MFP for a while. Got down to 143 in 2013, then put nearly all of it back on again in 2014. Restarted my journey February 2015 and progress has been a lot slower than last time, with more plateaus. Still hanging in there though! :)
