What you did wrong was weigh at night... at a different time of day than normal. I also weigh 2-3lbs more in the evening than I do during my morning weigh ins. You could however definitely be eating more - 1200 should be your minimum.

I have been hearing a lot about fitbits helping people maintain their weight and now I am curious! Sorry for the silly question, but I wasn't able to find out quite how it works by searching around. Does it just give you your calories burned and you are expected to eat under that for the day to maintain?

I told my fiancé that I get a shopping spree! Clothes, Bras, Shoes - the works! I have been doing my best to buy minimal amount of clothing during my weight loss (since I planned on just losing more) but now I am only ONE pound away and I can't wait :)

I enjoy cheese sticks (light around 50-60 calories each), a serving of pretzels (around 110 calories for 20 depending on type you get) or Almonds (150 for 1 oz or so)

I typically leave 400-600 for dinner, depending on what I will be having then save an extra 100-150 for a night time snack (I try to have something small like a cheese stick + carrots or almonds).

Mine have gone down a little, but not a lot. Mostly around by bust line. I went from a 40DD to a 36D. However my breasts have always been reasonably large (over a C cup) since I have been in 5th grade, despite not having a lot of extra weight then :( So I can't imagine they would get a whole lot smaller for me.

I personally think 1400-1500 is a great goal! Upping my calories did get me through my plateau last month, but it will be a little different for everybody. I think 1400-1500 is also more reasonable so that when you are closer to your goal weight you can slowly up by 100 calories each week to a weight maintain number. That…

I used to but after much research I have switched to Pepsi One.
