I lift 6 days a week. :love: I do cardio here and there, no more than 20 minutes. It is all different variations.. stair stepper, rower, jogging, walking incline (the clock ticks super slow on this one)... I am 100% confident that you require to eat more calories. Low carb isn't the best way to go unless you are compensating for it somewhere else in your macros.

Yes, drink water, but if you are hungry, EAT! A "clean" protein shake within 30 minutes of working out usually helps me with the hunger & is important for recovery. How many calories are you consuming and burning?
