Is anyone using Run Keeper from an iPOD? My GPS is definitely off. How long did it take for it to correct? Mines is telling me I ran 9 miles in 45 minutes. I wish LOL!

I'm deployed. When i say food source, I'm talking certified organic/grassfed/raw/high quality...etc. Topic please.

I'm not in the states right now so sticking to a healthy diet when you don't know your food source is the most frustrating thing EVER. I have begun intermittent fasting though and I like it so far :)
