I LOVE AVACADO!!!!!!!!! I have a whole one with my scrambled eggs with veggies every morning! YUM! I eat them plain as well or with minced garlic. anything avacado is delicious to me. I believe that it is per person. I know that if I weigh myself daily I become obsessed and it usually equates to more than once a day. I would get discouraged quickly. I weigh myself every friday. all natural, no sugar added juices have gotten me through alot in the past week of my 1st week of a 30 day Paleo challenge. I've steered clear of chocolates, carbs, and icecream. Eating nuts really helps me too for some reason, all natural almonds- blue diamond. they're delicious! good luck :)
