Sometimes I just don't even take a bite. Once I start I just can't stop, but if I don't have that one bite, I'm safe. Also, I hate people who announce they're on a diet, but if you say outloud that you're watching what you're eating, you may be inclined to eat less out of embarrassment or to prove you have self contorl.

That sound be totally fine as long as you stick within your fat/calorie, etc. Non processed cheese is good for you... calcium, etc. So, I say go for it. I am a Parmesan girl, myself and live right down the street from a gourmet cheese shop. It's torture.

We have pizza in our office every thursday. I've learned that I can't resist, so I go to the gym in the morning before.

They do not have them at my supermarket yet :( They look really good and I eat a pudding cup for lunch everyday.

I used to live in Syracuse and have eaten there. They should have the nutrition info in the back if you ask for it. You'd be surprised sometimes things that seem low fat are cooked in butter and other high fat things.

I bring my lunch for the week on a monday and leave it in the fridge/freezer. I usually eat a veggie burger on sandwich thins, with a piece of fruit and a 100 calorie snack.

The pool is a great idea. There is a community indoor pool 3 blocks away. Hopefully it won't close tomorrow because of snow!

In Weight Watchers you're allowed to eat your exercise points, but you don't have to. I use my exercise calories as backup. For example, if I want to treat myself to dessert one day, I will use my exercise calories if necessary, but I don't make it a habit. So far, I've lost almost 12 lbs in about a month.

I eat oatmeal everyday. It's easy to prepare in the office. I'm not much of a breakfast person.

At one point in my life, I lost 30 lbs walking on a treadmill daily for about 55 minutes. I would walk on a 5.0 incline with a speed of about 3.9. I am trying to get back there again. So far I've lost about 9 lbs in the last month using a treadmill.

I have a very similar schedule. It is SO hard to get up at 5 a.m. everyday. Honestly, there is nothing that makes me want to get up... but I find it easier to get up if I have my gym clothes already set up very close to my bed with everything I will need. I walk to the gym, so I have my keys, ipod, cell phone and clothes…

If you can figure this out, send me your secret. I love soda. It was so hard for me to switch from regular to diet, but I did that a few years ago. It takes away my craving for something sweet. And when I'm hungry the bubbles temporarily fill my stomach.

I have this problem, too. I just cant stop. Horrible portion control pizzas. My vice is dominos. I bought a small pizza, took the slices I wanted to eat and threw out the rest. I realize this is a waste, but I dont do it very often. Or else, share with a friend.

These vitamins actually made me nauseous and vomit. I am not sure if other people had a similar problem, but I had to switch to another multivitamin.

I initially lost 30 lbs from walking on a treadmill only. The thing that got me over the plateau was weight lifting. Not serious body builder lifting, but toning. It worked great.
