Me too!! Sounds great.

Agreed. I sat in bed this morning, and thought, well if I'm not going to sit in bed all day and I'm well enough to do other things, I'm well enough to go for a run. Now its 6:30 and I feel like I'm going to die. I'm so tired.

I sing to whatever is playing on my ipod. If I"m at the gym I don't do it outloud obviously, but the natural pauses in the music help me pace and control my breath.

I'm getting married in May. I lost about 45 lbs since I got engaged last January, but I'm struggling to maintain the loss, so I could definitely use some support. I go for my first dress fitting on 1/28!

Go to a running store, they will fit you for the right shoes based on how you run.

What major changes did you make in your life? I just made a commitment to being committed this time. Eating well is not that hard if you're committed to the process and not just to eating well if that makes sense Did you head to the gym to burn all those calories? Yes 6X a week Did you take up running? Yes, but started…

Go to a running store and have them properly fit you. I run in Saucony.

I'm 5'5". My goal was 135, but once I hit it I decided to go down to 125. I really do notice a difference. But I was thin at 135, I'm just more toned at 125. I especially noticed it in my face, but since people lose weight differently it could show up different for you. I am happy I lost those extra 10 lbs. It took me A…

Use a mat just like Jillian says!

I'm in the same boat. I lost about 40 lbs. I'd love to know. Right now I'm using Suave firming lotion.

About 6 months and I lost 40 lbs.

Donuts

I had trouble taking it from the treadmill to the street, so my suggestion would be if you're doing a street race, just start on the street.

McDonalds and Donuts... the gateway to bad eating for me. I miss them so much.
-
Originally I aimed for 130. Now I'm going for 125. I think I'll stop there.

I would check out barenecessities.com

I bought knee high boots and they actually zipped over my legs

I was in a similar situation. I joined MFP because my cholesterol was high. Since I've joined my cholesterol has gone down significantly (thank goodness). I worked a desk job similar to yours and have to wake up at 530 to exercise. Good luck. Its hard, but once you get into the habit its not terrible.

I work out in the morning, too (from about 6-7 a.m.). It was initially very difficult for me to get out of bed in the morning at 545. I make it as easy as possible for myself by laying out all of my gym clothes the night before, charging my ipod and sticking a water bottle in the fridge. Over time, my body has adjusted to…

It killed my knees, too! I had to give my 30DS DVD away to a friend :(

I alternate a diet coke in between each drink and usually opt for a light beer. But the thing is that once you start to lose weight and drink less, your tolerance goes down, so you dont really need to drink as much anymore. I can get wasted on 2 glasses of wine :)

Tuna roll and salmon roll. Nothing with mayo or fried ie spicey or crunchy. Sashimi is good, too. Good luck!
-
100 calorie snacks, espcially the chocolate covered pretzels and the mini pop tarts.
-
I can see how it would tone you. You definitely feel it after. It really hurt my knees, so I stopped.

Take your cat to the vet. It could be nothing, but if its serious, it could be a big problem.

There is a dish with lamb or chicken and spinach. That is a good one. Sometimes when I'm looking for restaurant food, I try to search through different menu items in the food database to see if I can get a sense of calories. Sometimes I am just craving something unhealthy like a giant piece of Naan, but if I have a sense…

I had this problem recently when I went to a basketball game. I ended up getting a hot dog (1) and a diet coke. I was sad, but in the end I felt so accomplished. Your other alternative is to work out extra hard prior to going.
-
I have this problem, too. One of the things I've noticed is that the earlier I get home, the more I eat. Sometimes if I get out of work early, or have nothing to do at night, I will find reasons to stay out later. Sometimes it is just walking or running an errand. It works for me.

I am a dessert lover (needer!) and I always have one for dessert with dinner. I love the chocolate covered pretzels. I cannot handle a big bag of anything. I have no portion control. And these allow me to have salty and sweet snacks in moderation. I enjoy the ritz mix for lunch.

The only thing about the 30 Day Shred is that it really is only about 20 minutes, so you won't be bothering your neighbors for very long. I live on the top floor of my building, too.
