Found the problem ... it is called "text enhance" somehow it had been turned on and I had to opt out of it so all fixed. Thank you to those that had helpful answers, if it happenes to you hover over the "green" word and then click on info and select to opt out.

Wow seems like I'm the only one then. And for the record I do understand they need advertising to pay for the site. It never bothered me until it turned my answer into and ad for a product that I think is an unhealthy way to loose weight.

I did the 4 weeks boot camp on the Biggest Loser Wii and LOVED it !!! I sweated a lot the first week and got into the swing of it by week 2. I dropped 6lbs in those four weeks and lost 3 inches off my waist, 2 inches off each thigh and 1 inch off each arm. Loved it !!!

Day 10 Level 2 We are now off to Wales for a week so no shred for me. I have taken measurements now incase I put on while I am away. Hopefully I'll be taking long walks while I'm there to keep the pounds off. Well done to those that have finshed or are going to whilst I'm away.

Day 4 & 5 Level 2 Done. I did a double today. I had been lacking motivation so I've changed a fews things in the day so I can shred in the afternoon and at night. So dind ding double done !!!!!!!!!!!!! My plan is to do this for a few days to get back on track. (fingers crossed)

Motivation is back. Did a very sluggish shred last night ... did all the moves and made it to the end. Made sure I went to bed earlier than normal, got up this morning and hey presto the weight I put on this week has magically gone.

I've lost all motivation. I had my weigh in yesterday and have put on 1.2 pounds. I am at a loss as to why. I couldn't bring myself to do the shred last night. Day 11 Day 1 Level 2 Wow what a difference level 2 is. I shocked myself thinking I wouldn't be able to do the walking push ups ... but I did them !!!!
