  • Wow, I was not aware not enough Sodium can cause possible spasms. That is interesting. Is there anything on MFP that tells you what a persons sodium and vitamin levels should be at? Going through all the posts is fun but wonder if there is an easier way to determine what I need or an average person should consume?
  • Ja Ja. I don't think it's odd behavior, well, only if it inspires to eat the foods you were watching and go over you limit. I think if you watch then go eat something similar but fits your diets its OK. I guess it comes down discipline and sticking to your goal.
  • what kind of cleanse are you doing? i've been thinking about it. but don't really know where to begin. I am thinking of cutting out red meat and sticking to greens and fruit. I am not a specialist but it seems to be equivalent to a cleanse?
