I LOOOOVE WATCHING The Food network or other food shows (Bizarre foods, Man v. Food, etc) while working out. But the problem is...Working out while watching Man vs. Food is like Reading the Holy Bible while watching Porn.

HAHAHAHA! So true!
Food Network is always playing on one of the tv's at the Planet Fitness I go to. It almost seems cruel to have that channel on while people are working out.0 -
When I had my treadmill in the living room I would often watch the food network while I was on the treadmill....too funny!0

That's funny! My wife and I were at the gym the other day and while we were walking on the treadmills, a commercial for a pizza place came on and we both looked at each other and said how good that would be for dinner....conflict???!!!0

I once did a marathon session on the treadmill while watching Top Chef! I probably walked for 3 hours because I was really into it.0

Ja Ja. I don't think it's odd behavior, well, only if it inspires to eat the foods you were watching and go over you limit. I think if you watch then go eat something similar but fits your diets its OK. I guess it comes down discipline and sticking to your goal.0
