  • Thanks so much for helping. Yeah I don't use sweeteners anyway. If anything I add brown sugar or cinnamon sometimes. But I do enjoy my coffee mostly with a bit of skim milk or black is actually fine for me too with some added cinnamon.

  • measure yourself and see if you're indeed losing inches. if you are, than HURRAY! that's better than losing weight! because muscle is much more dense than fat and it helps burn more calories even when you're resting and not doing a single thing. anyways, scale is not that big of an issue. inches > scale !
