For me, having any little bit of "real" sugar will send me off on a serious binge, so when I really want something sweet, I will substitute with stevia or something. I heard that one is not as bad as some of the others (like Splenda). It doesn't taste as good as real sugar, so that stops me from overdoing it.

I hope joining MFP helps me to stay on track. After using the calorie tracker, I know that I haven't been eating enough. That explains the binges I've been having lately.
