Start Week: 131 First Week: 129.6 This Week: 128.7 Didn't even do official work outs this week! Kids are on holidays so it's actually tougher to find the time. I think I am keeping active though. xD I'm trying to let it be and concentrate on eating properly instead. :)

Age: 34 Height: 5'4" Daily Calorie Goal: 1500 CW: 128 GW: 112 (I think I will be happy with 116 though) Running. Circuit training, abs and yoga. I prefer working out at home and kinda intimidated by the gym. Always will be I think! :P

Last week: 131 Today: 129.6 I am finding it's tough for me to lose despite doing all the right things but I am increasing the cardio this week so we'll see if that makes a difference. :) Still very excited because I am finally in the 120's! :D

+ increase exercise to 5 days a week. (basically, add two thirty minute runs a week, plus my regular workout) + continue to eat clean and discover more healthy and yummy recipes. + drop at least 5 lbs!! + dream goal: weigh in at 123 lbs by the end of April :)

What ratios should I be aiming for? I am doing 55 carbs, 15 protein (but I eat more like 20% protein, 50% carbs) and 30% fat. Thanks for the super quick reply :)

@Vailara That's pretty scary. I think I am an apple so I always gain weight on my middle and pregnancies didn't make it any easier.
