not sure what this is but why not just eat at a small deficit and do some exercise, ie lift weights

^ exactly this. if 2300 cals/day is what MFP gave you for weight loss and this is a 1000/day deficit - then you must realize you had to have been eating at least 3000 calories to become overweight. 2300 should be very feasible.

hi. i'm 5'3" and currently 185 lbs. i've been basically maintaining and lifting heavy since January. just this week i've lowered my calorie intake to make a small deficit. my goal is to continue lifting heavy, have my chocolate and ice cream every day and get to about 150 lbs :o)

170 calories and I plan for them. I have my chocolate AND ice cream every day. now my ticker doesn't show any weight loss yet but I've been maintaining for a couple of months and lifting. starting this week I've put in a small deficit so my ticker should start moving

definitely eat more! heck, my breakfast is just over 500 calories

can sometimes take 5 or 6 days for me but i know it's not real weight gain so i don't let it bother me

i have tried a bunch of these and they are all pretty good. my favourite is the cherry chocolate!!

i make mine with chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, PB2 (or peanut butter), banana and a bit of milk really tasty and you can make it as low/high cal as you like
