are you restricting food groups? what is causing you to cheat? what is your calorie goal? are you set up with too big of a deficit?

my diary is open, take a look if you want. but who says my meal plan would work for you. just eat things you like to eat but follow the calories MFP gives you. I aim for my calorie and macro goals and have been able to fit in chocolate and ice cream and a fiber 1 brownie every day

how bout a Fiber 1 brownie. 90 cals and 5 g fiber. i was a bit low on fiber also and this works for me

i love my sweets too. i have chocolate and ice cream every single day. and usually a fiber 1 brownie also. all while meeting my cals and macros. win win :smile:

i wear my Fitbit One on my sock, stand and walk in place while i crochet, sometimes for hours. my work is on the table or back of the sofa or i put a box to bring my work closer

Ravelry has some awesome patterns. I cannot crochet free-hand, everything has to be a pattern but everytime i finish something i can't believe that i actually made that! :smile: try a pattern, you might like it!!

i am a crochet addict! i crochet almost every chance i get. it relaxes me and i also count it as exercise as i walk in place while crocheting :wink:

not sure what your stats are but i'm 5'3", started at 187.4 lbs, today i'm 183.4 lbs (started Jan. 19) and i eat 1560-1660 cals a day. 4 lbs in 5 weeks is good to me :)

thank you. that is why I said 'diet', I don't really consider this a 'diet' at all, just my life :). Just trying to show those who are looking for quick fixes that it really isn't necessary to starve oneself or cut out certain food groups, etc
