L1, D4 Today was a GREAT workout. Took yesterday off to get a mental/physical break from 30DS. I was able to get thru with more energy, and effort. L1, D3 Tonight I opted for just the music, and turned off Jillian. Just for variety. I think I did pretty well. I notice I struggle with Circuit 1. But after that hump, I enjoy the exercises after that (well, except for the bicycle abs...at least I did more today than yesterday). I might take a day off from 30DS tomorrow…

I agree! I'm starting to really buckle down on food spending, and eating in more, and buying real food, and it does cost way less than processed/fast food.

L1, D2 I just finished the Shred right now. On Tue and Wed I walk 5k with my work buds, so I got hm, ate dinner, and then just worked out again. The 2nd day went quicker. Although I couldn't complete those dang bicycle abs! Hate those! I can't til I finish a set without dying. I'm doing additional supplement cardio, too.…

i agree with mostly what everyone has said here. also, if you're plateauing, you need to increase the intensity of your workouts because your body probably has adjusted to the workouts that you have been doing. change it up and do something different. step up the intensity. hope that helps,too. :) you're doing great so…

@ThresaGlass: yeah, i plan on doing it 5 days out of the week just because my body needs variety. i am still adding at least 30-40 minutes of additional cardio to it, though. @sweebum: i hate the jumping jacks, too!!!!!! but i tell myself it's only 30 seconds...ugh...i'm sure it'll get easier.
