Starting Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred (in 6 weeks)
To keep me motivated for the next 6 weeks, I thought of trying (again) to attempt to do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, 5 days a week (there's no way I can do it for 7 days a week) for the next 6 weeks.
