That's what I'm thinking. There is just no way I could burn 500 calories by walking 150 steps. That would be nice but just doesn't seem right...bummer.

The thing that keeps me going is my family...and of course thinking of all the clothes and stores I can get into once I drop some weight. I have a lot to go BUT I can't look at that. I don't try to make a whole day of not so good decisions. On the weekend, I treat myself to ONE thing I couldn't stop thinking about during the week. And I make sure not to go overboard with it...just enough to have the taste of it then I make better choices.
