How do YOU find it?

How do you find the motivation to keep going? I want to know everyone's personal ways of finding motivation and dedication. I will have bursts of "good" energy- where I will log EVERYTHING, stay on track, workout everyday, and then some weeks...its gone. Completely. I will gain instead of lose and just be awful.


So what keeps you going? What gets you started? Help!

  • The thing that keeps me going is my family...and of course thinking of all the clothes and stores I can get into once I drop some weight. I have a lot to go BUT I can't look at that. I focus on the little accomplishments I made, such as saying no to cupcakes or junk foods. Just thinking about those accomplishments makes me want to keep doing what I'm doing.
