Yay!!! Level 2 is OVER!!! I measured this morning, but was dashing out the door for work, so I don't remember all the specifics. I pretty much seem to have lost about an inch all the places that hadn't budged on Day 10 (aside from arms and legs, which still remain the same), and no further inches from the areas I lost from…

Oh, and TseliB, my knees have only in the past couple of days stopped aching so much. If you think you've injured yourself, make sure you take it easy, but if you think it is just muscles soreness, it will get better as you get stronger!!

Hahaha, I've totally been pigging out this week too. But I still managed to drop a pound! Maybe it's our metabolisms revving up with all our new muscles. We'll just have to be careful not to make a habit of it. ;)

I'm actually feeling pretty good. It's still hard hard hard work to get through this level, but I'm really seeing progress in my strength and stamina! I'm ready to move on to some new moves, but I definitely feel like I'm still getting a lot out of these. These endless planks are still incredibly difficult for me, but I'm…

Thanks!! Big mental barrier, that half pound was. I agree. Doing this "together," even with strangers online, is enough to keep me accountable!
-
Congratulations!! I'm still seeing more movement as far as inches, rather than points. Finally lost a bit off my hips. And lost the stubborn half pound that I haven't been able to shake, so I am now officially at the mid-point from my starting weight to my goal weight. I'm feeling much thinner than that, though. I can see…

I want to do Ripped in 30 after this, too, although I might take some time off in between. (Probably not more than a week... I have an event). I would love to either continue to post here, or start another group. You all's comments have been very motivating to me!
-
Done and dusted, feeling fine! Still getting stronger. Not far to go now!
-
Thank you!! Try not to think about how far you are from your goal, and instead think of how far we've come!

I've been doing it straight out of bed, too. I usually have some yogurt after, but I just guzzle water before and during. When I go for a run, though, I like a small snack before I start. A banana is my go to. Peanut butter sandwich. Cereal with nuts. Something carby/ proteiny.

I actually did Day 14 today, but I'm posting here too. I think I'll need a rest day soon anyway. My knee is feeling much better today, but I'm still trying to be extra careful about my form. I made it nearly all the way through the strength training in the 3rd circuit without a break today! I had a couple moments where I…

Hm, maybe they lose water weight as they are cooked.

I felt exactly the same way! So much better the second day through, though I'm still struggling with particular exercises. I did Day 12 last night and Day 13 this morning (can I mention how much I love how short and easy this workout is to fit into my day??). My legs are soooo sooooore! I'm feeling muscles in my arms! I…

I was actually expecting it to be worse than it is, the way people were talking on the forums. I found the first 2 circuits challenging, but not too bad actually. That third circuit killed me, but it seems like it will be doable by the end of the ten days. (TseliB, I know what you mean about "skipped a level!") I have weak…

My weight remained the same (actually, I've been up and down again). I lost 1" off my bust, 2" under my bust, and 1" off my waist. Everything else has remained the same, but I'm feeling way stronger. Excellent motivation to continue!

Did you take before and after photos? Are your clothes fitting differently? Maybe things are just shifting around... you more than likely gained some muscle. It's a demanding workout! How does it feel to you? Is it an easy workout for you? Maybe your fitness level is beyond the video and you need to amp it up. Are you…

Hey, the good news is that the less you drink, the less it takes to start feeling the buzz. :) Congrats, it's awesome to hear success stories. I recently gave up drinking alcohol (for unrelated reasons), and was so worried it would be difficult, but it's actually been a breeze. I barely miss it and I feel so much better!…

Wow! As someone who is floating around my halfway point, I really appreciated the update right now. We've accomplished a lot, and there's no reason we can't keep going! You look great! WEAR THE SKINNY JEANS!!

Man, I'm finding the first cardio circuit to be the worst. I kind of like all four different moves in together in the last circuit... you are never doing one thing for very long and it feels like it goes more quickly to me. I'm glad my least favorite circuit is the first one. Get over that hurdle, and the rest of the…

I was thinking about doing that too. I just finished day 7 today, and it's gotten noticeably easier in the past two days. That's a good thing, for sure, but I'm thinking maybe it means it's time for me to move up. What have the rest of you done?
-
Yay! Me too! I'm on to day 6 today. Much MUCH less sore than I was at the beginning of the week. I took a rest day after day 4 and it made all the difference in the world. Getting so much stronger!
-
For anyone nervous about it, don't be. It's tough, but attainable. Do what you can everyday, and everyday you'll be able to do a little more. I just started on Tuesday and was feeling pretty sore, but I woke up today with very little soreness. I'm pumped to get into it tonight! I can't believe I'm feeling so much stronger…

Sounds like you take a rest day here and there if you need to, or you push through for all thirty days. I plan on listening to my body. I'm going to try to at least make it through the first 10 days before resting, but I think 6 days a week is reasonable too. The main thing is that you do the full program, even if it takes…

Yay! I just started yesterday, but I will follow along. I may need some rest days, we'll see how it goes. I'm using 3 lb weights because that's all I have. After one day, I feel like I'm going to wish I had 5 lbers to graduate up to at some point, but we'll see how it goes. Yay! I can't wait to start seeing results!
-
I just started yesterday! So far, so good. I'm feeling quite sore today, but ready to get back to it. Scrolling through some of the results threads on here is a major motivator! Do a search and have a look. Good luck!

I'm late to the party too, but I did Day 1 last night and will be doing Day 2 today. Definitely intense, but I was afraid it would be more brutal than it is. I'm not quite keeping up, but it seems like it's in the range of something I can do if I keep at it. I'm looking forward to hitting that mat again tonight! Hopefully…

Hahahahaha, that's great!

Hooray!!! That's awesome! I had some great NSVs this week. My favorite was seeing a friend who I've seen periodically throughout my weight-loss journey. This time when I saw him, though, the first thing he said to me was "did you lose, like, a s--t ton of weight?" YES. YES I DID!! I also pulled out my winter wardrobe over…

Thank you guys, so much! You have no idea how encouraging a few words of support from strangers can be.

Me too, and I do feel much better overall. And I'm reaching all my smaller fitness goals, and that's all been wonderful. I guess I was just really hoping for a few compliments and good photos, too. This has been such slough for the past six months, I guess without even actively thinking about it, I was expecting this week…
