  • I made this tonight but a little differently: Used fresh broccoli and zuchini. Sauteed them in olive oil for about 10 minutes with some italian spices, garlic, and sea salt. Placed them in baking dish and threw some Ian's Italian bread crumbs and grated parmesan on top. The whole family loved it! Thanks for the idea!
