  • This all makes very much sense. I suppose just because i don't think i feel different from day to day doesn't mean my body isn't reacting to a number of factors i'm unaware of. Im not really doing a cardio program exactly. I just sort of developed a routine where i have slowly been increasing the difficulty, mostly by…
  • I know how you feel. Im pretty much faced with the same thing. My stretch marks aren't going anywhere, i hate to even look at them. I was pretty much overweight since i was a young child so i doubt ill be able to do much.
  • Very difficult indeed. Im 5'3 and down to 117. My goal is 113. But its becoming quite the process. This is the only thing i hate about being short.
  • Im 5'3 and at my lowest i was 104. I looked underweight. You could see it. People seem to think i look much better when i gained some back, when i was anywhere between 117-125. So yes, i think 104 is to low, but you do have a ways to go so i would stree over it just yet.
  • Im pretty sure i know exactly how you feel. I lost a lot of weight very fast eating about 800 calories a day for about 6 months. My wight dropped to 104 lbs (i'm 5'3) and I didn't have my period for over a year. I was never diagnosed with an eating disorder but to this day i have extremely disordered eating patterns and…

  • Well im just starting out. I have a lot of time on my hands so i go to the gym about 5 days a week and go for about an hour on the elliptical. Im just not sure whats average or best. I don't want to overdo it either if thats possible to do.
  • Im stuck in that very same cycle right now. Unfortunately I have no advice. Ill do really well for a couple days and then ill eat my progress away. Its a horrible feeling and an easy way to lose motivation.
  • It is totally and completely possible to lose weight just by changing your eating habits. I lost at least 40 pounds this way. But, and i learned this the hard way, exercise is always a plus, and i kind of wish i used exercise more thought my original weight loss then i actually did. You feel so much better then if you just…
  • I wish I knew how to avoid the cravings. I have trouble eating enough during the day so once i come home, i have dinner and then i cant seem to stop eating. This often leaves me either eating at maintenance of going over. I have done pretty horrible these last few days. But definitely eating enough during the day does…
