Calories burnt working in a grocery store?
So im a deli clerk at a grocery store. My question is when im working like an 8 hour shift and am on my feet the whole time what does that mean in terms of calories lost if anything? Im not sure how to account for this being on my feet for so long.

Exercise Calories?
Do people eat back their exercise calories? When I add my exercise my net calories for the day is pretty low, but at the same time I don't want to eat back everything. Im just kind of confused as to whether i should be eating back at least some of my exercise calories or not.

Calories Burned Through Exercise?
So i know MFP estimates the calories one would burn if they put in the length of time they spent exercising, but the numbers seem kind of high. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas as to how accurate these numbers are, because honestly they seem to good to be true.
