Ha ha, no i suppose i didn't pose an actual question. But i suppose that would make sense. It just seems like i feel a lot bigger even though its only five pounds but my measurements don't quite reflect that feeling.

I work in a grocery store in the deli/prepared food section so i know what you mean. Usually i just keep a water bottle with me and keep drinking. I have to run up the the bathroom all the time, but its better then downing a couple hundred calories without noticing.

I dont plan on logging today or tomorrow. I figure ill just get back to my routine on tuesday. I feel like if i logged all of what i ate today id cry.
