So im a deli clerk at a grocery store. My question is when im working like an 8 hour shift and am on my feet the whole time what does that mean in terms of calories lost if anything? Im not sure how to account for this being on my feet for so long.

Work = activity level. Workouts = exercise.
Weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you. Increase your activity level for two weeks, then reevaluate.

Yeah, not sure how many calories you burn by being on your feet every day, but using the MFP activity level thing should take that into account.
All i know is the more you're on your feet and walking around, the better. My twin sister is a waitress and she looks better than me because she spends all day on her feet running around, and she certainly doesn't diet or exercise. Any little bit of activity makes all the difference.0
