It all went a bit pear-shaped today, we had a barbeque and I had 3 more glasses of wine than I planned to. I didn't eat a huge amount, just too much alcohol. Still, tomorrow is another day.

We had a day at a theme park today, and despite all the junk food on offer managed to eat fairly healthily. I'm not sure how far we walked - OH's runkeeper said 12km, my pedometer said 4.8km, but I'm using the one on the i-phone and I'm not sure how accurate it is. We were there for 6.5hrs, and on our feet most of the…

Tatabanana and I will buddy up

I did 1.8m on Walk it Out tonight - must work out how to keep track of this. I guess we can update the spreadsheet each day.

I'm buddy-less this time, so if anyone is looking for support...

I have a recipe for Saag Paneer using cottage cheese I'm going to try - possibly an alternative if you're in a hurry.

If you've set your activity level as Sedentary then yes, it's extra. If you count yourself as Active then it's already taken into consideration. At least, that's how I understand it.

I'm probably being dense, but is the 100miles per week or over the 6 weeks?

OK to join? My goal would be 10lbs.
-
Nope. but I am in Gelderland. Feel free to add me.

Do we also need to put in an end measurement for last month's challenge or will you use the one from the new registration? I'll register tomorrow when I can find the tape measure.

I'm a Brit living in Nijmegen. Feel free to add me as a friend - I always enjoy lookng at other people's diary choices for low calorie alternatives. As for motivation and the weather, I drag out the Wii when I get the chance, but with working four full days and having two little ones around at all other times it's tricky.

[/quote] I'm happy to see my percentages once a month, please don't let this become a chore for you Misty, and if you need any help let me know. I'd also like to see this continue.

Rowing -hmmm, must try harder. I still have to dig out the weights, but will try with a couple of tin cans this evening. Reading labels - think I'm doing OK there. I still need to work out for myself what my sugar intake should be - I'm often over but it is (usually) because of fruit. Me time - not much chance of that this…

Whooo, this is exciting.

I've signed up, first time taking part in a challenge, so I really hope I can stick to it and help others too.

How does it work?

I like the idea of no excuses - have sent you a friend request.

22lbs, approx, so 15-20 weeks, all being well.

I'm from the Uk,but not in the UK but only one time-zone away. I still need to lose the baby-weight 20 months later.

Wow, I'm in awe of anyone who can run, well done. What are you struggling with with the diary? The portion size? The food may not have the measurement you're looking for - eg it might be in cups instead of oz, or oz instead of grams. I sometimes have to try two or three versions to find one that measures how I want it to.…

I doubt you'll get it in the supermarkets, though Albert Heijn does now stock rice milk and oat milk. Where are you? One of the bigger health food shops? It seems you can also make it yourself - might be a bit of a faff though.

pissed (US) = angry pissed (UK) = drunk

Ooh, thanks for that. I'll have a think and come back to you.
-
I'm in, though I'm already panicking about week 3.

Damn, can't get low-fat ricotta here. I wonder what I can use instead.
