  • I am so sorry, I am running behind on reporting..... Friday (10th) - Made a healthy kefir and strawberry smoothie for the family (no extra bonus, crazy day) Saturday (11th) - Wall squats plus bonus completed Sunday (12th) nothing, so sorry Weight in: 193.3 from 196.2, loss of 2.9 lbs :)
