I am a huge pizza fan as well, so what I have been doing, which works out really well is to make my own pizza and instead of crust use a portabella mushroom. If you take 6 of them and put them in a pan with some spray oil, then add sauce and sprinkle some cheese and veggies, etc. on it, bake it for about 35 minutes at 350.…
