I do have one friend that has been mostly on my side positively she says that they are all jealous but im having a hard time getting that in my head. The only thing is she severely has a eating disorder so i don't want to go with what she says all that much

This is the same thing i have been going through im an over eater and now im doing it again it is messing with my mental well being and im not sure how to handle it i have now gained over 7lbs lost 3 gained 4 lost 2 gained 6 im going nuts mentally not sure what to do

How do you increase your muscle mass after weight loss if i eat the same calories i have been im still loosing i don't need to loose more fat i need muscle but my body seems to be getting smaller with out much muscle mass im guessing i need to add more protien or more fat to my diet but that means increase calories also…

its the milk use unsweetend almond milk for smoothies if you like the creamyness 0 sugar im always over in sugar i eat all veggies all fruits on a vegiterian diet you have to realize sugar is just naturally in these foods it counts but its not the same as well eating a doughnut

Not sure sometimes its a game see how far down i can go then i creep back up its all science and math really playing with numbers as long as i don't go up past my limit it gives me a goal and when i reach it is like i say now what ???

Well if it is from weight loss then it is skin and nothing we can do really with that but the triceps are one of the easiest muscles to tone up and add some tone and muscle planks in any position will help push ups on the wall depending your fitness level i can give you many ideas

Lots of things you can do if you cant walk get some soup cans do bicepcurls.sit in a chair and do leg extensions do yoga doyogawithme is a great website its free and they have yoga in a chair if you need more suggestions let me know
