While it's already February 26th, I'm joining with a goal of losing 10 lbs. 1 to 1.5 lbs per week. Logging and daily weigh ins. Support and community always helps me. Can I add friends to the myfitnesdpal communities?

Very interesting, and thanks for posting. So, I should fast for 14 hours and feast for 10 in the beginning, and the longest stretch that I should have for fasting is 16 hours...
