You could try to put honey in it, but green tea just has that taste. I don't put anything in mine, except ice to cool it down, and I just drink it, even though it's not the tastiest thing. Just one cup a day can help you! So put a dab of honey in it, think of the benefits, and drink up! :]

I tell myself, that an hour workout is only 4% of my entire day, and it will make such a huge difference if you keep doing it. So I get up and I move it, even if I don't want to or else I will feel like crap. Good Luck! :happy:

Awesome!, you guys deserve to feel proud. ^^, I found I have trouble enjoying music when I'm not on the treadmill walking, which is motivation to get on it since I love music!

I weigh myself weekly and in the morning^^, I wanted to do every 2 weeks but I felt like the suspense would suffocate me. :laugh:

Thank you everyone, and I mean, when I'm at my computer I'm not really thirsty, or don't realize I am, so I never get up and go get water, and at the end of the day I'm like, Woops! I only drink a lot of water when I exercise, but other times I just forget. I guess I'll carry around a water bottle :].
